This appointment went much better than the one two weeks ago. I found out that all 4 blood draws from the 3-hour glucose test were normal. I was figuring at least one of them to be high (and truthfully, the second draw - the first one after drinking the orange stuff - was one point below "borderline"). And the doctor had nothing negative to say about my weight gain this time. Just 3 pounds in 2 weeks, which is about normal. Phew! My blood pressure was nice and low. Everything is looking good. Looks like in 2 weeks I get another ultrasound to make sure Ella stays at the 69th percentile for her size. It's okay that she's big, we just want to make sure she continues to grow at the same speed she has been, not a faster one.

Next appointment is Thursday, March 25th at 9:45am.
